Welcome to Royal Nari. By registering as a member or using our MLM platform, You agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or above.
• Each individual can hold only one membership account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of membership.
• Membership is non-transferable.

2. MLM Business Structure

• The Company operates a legitimate MLM business model as per applicable laws.
• Income is generated through sales of products/services and building a sales team.
• Compensation is based on the predefined MLM plan and commission structure.
• No income guarantee is made. Earnings depend entirely on individual performance and team building efforts.
• Misrepresentation of the business opportunity is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Sales & Repurchase

• Members must achieve the minimum repurchase volume as per company policy to remain active.
• Products once purchased cannot be returned unless damaged or defective (as per return policy).
• Members are prohibited from making false or misleading product claims.
• The Company reserves the right to modify product prices and availability.

4. Commissions & Payouts

• Commissions are calculated based on the company's prevailing compensation plan.
• Payouts are processed after deducting applicable TDS and administrative charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and payout schedule are specified in the member dashboard.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in commission forfeiture.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the compensation plan with prior notice.

5. Member Conduct

• Members must maintain professionalism and respect towards other members.
• Spamming, harassment, or unethical recruitment practices are strictly prohibited.
• Members must not engage in any activity that damages the Company's reputation.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is mandatory.

6. KYC Verification

• Members must complete KYC verification as per company requirements.
• Submission of fake or forged documents will lead to immediate account termination.
• KYC documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.

7. Account Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership violating these terms.
• Inactive accounts as per the company's inactive member policy may be blocked.
• Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited.
• Members may voluntarily terminate their membership by written request.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The Company is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control (server downtime, network failures, etc.).
• Members acknowledge that MLM business involves effort and there is no guaranteed income.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Company's registered address jurisdiction.
