This outlines the Terms and Conditions relating to your use of Royal Nari’s Makeup services. By availing our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in an inevitable manner.

Eligibility

Usage of our products confirms that you are 18 years old or above. Individuals below 18 must obtain the much needed consent from their guardians.

Product Information and Availability

While we work hard to ensure that the information we provide is accurate, note that specifications, prices and availability of the makeup service can change without advance warning. If any service is unavailable for a stipulated time after the payment, we'll inform you and discuss further about the refund that would take place as per a mutual decision.

Returns and Refunds

To get an advance appointment, there is the provision of fifty per cent of payment in advance for the appointment, and in case of sudden cancellation, the advance amount will not be refundable. However, it can be adjusted in the next appointment, especially if the offer is available for that time.

Postponement of destination wedding

We charge a hundred per cent of payment for the booking of destination weddings, and in case of sudden postponement of the wedding due to some unavoidable circumstances, we can manage the amount as transferable fees, and it will completely depend on the availability of the slots and our beautician.

Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary symbols, logos, product designs, and names are the exclusive property of The Company. Unauthorised use of these properties is absolutely forbidden.

Below mentioned are some specific terms and conditions that must be adhered to.

For Customers availing Makeup Services-

• 1. Part payment for any makeup booking will be taken in advance at the time of Registration. If any payment plan is provided to you, in that case you are bound to complete the payment on the decided number.
• 2. We are here to provide the makeup services of your choice where we use high quality products that are verified and tested. In case of any after effect or an allergic reaction, Royal Nari would not be considered responsible as choosing the services is solely your choice.
• 3. You are liable to pay a stipulated amount during the registration.
• 4. We reserve the right to cancel your course or remove you from the premises in case there is any misconduct or misbehaviour as we deem fit .

For learners enrolling in the academy

• 1. Makeup & Hair tools have to be procured by the learners themselves.
• 2. The list for all the products will be given by the Academy at the time of learning.
• 3. The make-up Course must be completed within a stipulated tenure that will be informed according to the course being chosen.
• 4. All the learners are advised to appropriately note the timing and day of Master Class with our Professionals as per the mentioned dates on the websites.

Liability Limitations

The total liability of the Company for any claim, whether contractual or other, shall not go beyond the price paid for the product. The Company won't be held accountable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are under the governance and construction of Indian laws. Any disputes that may arise would be addressed within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we gather and utilise your personal data that you provide.

Modifications to Terms

The Company holds the right to modify or update these Terms at any moment without prior notification being provided.
